Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Orders under $75 will have a flat shipping rate of $6.99.
Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery within the continental United States only.
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Our most popular option, perfect for regular orders. Delivery typically within one week.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
For when you need your chocolate fix faster. Additional charges apply.
Express Overnight (1 business day)
Next-day delivery available for urgent orders. Premium shipping rates apply.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery time for international orders is typically 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Temperature Protection
We take special care to protect your chocolate during shipping. During warmer months (May through September), we include insulated packaging and ice packs at no additional charge.
For extremely hot weather conditions, we recommend expedited shipping to minimize transit time and maintain chocolate quality.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited services. Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or shipping charges. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
